Thanks to our Technical Support Centre (TSC), our technical specialists are ready at all times to help you and handle requests and IT problems. Our Centre uses a management system that provides all the information and intervention tools required to solve your problems quickly and efficiently. The TSC’s opening hours are from 7:00 to 18:00 Monday through Friday.
With this system, each client follows the evolution of their service requests in the smallest details.
